Extensive works to 1960's century office building undertaken by Faircloth Construction.

Working in challenging conditions on an occupied building in a busy London business estate, this project involved extensive works to the basement and ground floor of a mid- 20th Century office building.

The works included the demolition of the existing ground floor extension and full strip out of the ground floor and basement along with the provision of a new cast iron drainage system with a foul pumping station in the basement. In addition to this, the construction of a new extension on piled foundations at ground floor level to form a reception, café and meeting room area. Also, the refurbishment of the entrance hall and common parts and reconfiguration of the basement to provide additional plant areas, kitchen, WCs and shower facilities and extensive external work.
