Established in 1980 and based in the South East of England, Faircloth Construction Ltd has an enviable record in delivering a wide range of construction projects nationwide.

We work with clients in the public and private sectors who rely on quality construction delivered efficiently, on time and within budget.

As well as specialising in steel framed buildings within the commercial, retail, industrial and leisure sectors, we also carry out work within specialist areas such as bridges, football stadia, aircraft hangars and waste management.

Faircloth Construction have a wealth of in-house resources, including its own steelwork manufacturing company which is British Constructural Steelwork Association (BCSA) accredited. The company prides itself on quality workmanship and shares its clients' goals and visions, ensuring a personal and first-class service.

OUR SERVICES

New Build

Faircloth are involved in new-build design and build projects from Stage 2 assisting our clients in design development, procurement advice and cost planning. Our dedicated in-house team allows us to efficiently deliver projects on schedule with minimal hassle.

Refurb

Faircloth have the expertise to undertake basic and complex refurbishments for a range of retail, commercial and industrial clients. They also have strong experience working in the public realm.
