Ten high quality industrial units have been newly constructed by Faircloth Construction in Brentwood. 

The development was built on an existing brownfield site, requiring significant foundation planning and design, owing to level changes and the highways boundary. This project required the use of sheet piling as well as Section 50 and section 278 agreements with the Highways authority.

"The challenges within this project were to ensure that the foundation work was carried out correctly. Faircloth, in their usual professional way, were able to meet the demands of the project and produced a high quality development,” said Terry Holmes of P2M.
