CR1 & CR2, Croydon

Faircloth were appointed as the main contractor for both projects CR1 and CR2 in Croydon, a joint venture between both KSP and PATRIZIA.

CR1 is a 52,605 sq ft logistics warehouse that achieved practical completion in January 2025. Some of the main features are 3 dock level loading doors, 4 level access loading doors, 100% van and car charging points and of course many more.

CR2 is located just next door to CR1 with construction works to commence imminently. Another super prime urban logistics warehouse, 55,165 sq ft with a lot of similar features to CR1.
