This project was a completion contract and handed to Faircloth Construction along with a very challenging timeframe.

The building was handed over to Faircloth with a roof, the majority of the walls in tact and partially clad. Original cladding, window and M&E contractors, along with other specialist trade were employed to work alongside Faircloth to complete the project. All external works, internal offices, toilets and many remedial works to the original building were completed and the building was handed over in the agreed timeframe.
