Refurbishment project at Bulk250 in Thurrock completed Q4 2024. Works to the 250,000 sq ft include 200kWp rooftop solar array, extensive EV charging and many more features.

The refurbishment included removal of gas-fired services, installation of air-source heat pumps, high-efficiency heating and cooling, LED lighting, replacement roof lights and replacement glazing.

A comprehensive and successful completion of a high-energy-efficiency refurbishment project in Thurrock has led to us being appointed to work on a similar development with both the same Client and Project Manager.
