Faircloth Construction secured the development of twelve new commercial units on an old brownfield site off Wiggenhall Road, Watford. 

The site was originally a train yard and required extensive ground improvement works prior to construction. The project included a piled foundation solution, structural frame, glazing and various types of cladding facades. The project was completed to 'Very Good' BREEAM standard as required for planning.
