This contract included various constructions and upgrades across the site in preparation for the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The new police command and control centre at the circuit was the initial part of this project to be completed.

The steel framed building features flat vertical cladding, a glazed front, bull-nosed eaves and internal finishes complete mechanical and electrical installation. 

Other work undertaken included the construction of 10 identical steel framed and vertically clad high-class toilet pods, and upgrades to the grandstands and circuit. 

In addition to this, Faircloth was commissioned to design, manufacture and construct a highway specification bridge spanning 40m over the track.
