A new two storey, 68 bedroom Travelodge will be one of the key developments of a £12 million renovation of Stanton Europark, Harwich, following approval by the local planning authority.

Faircloth Construction is partnering with Burney Estates to build the hotel on the site local planners maintain will “deliver significant economic, tourism and employment benefits through the development of this allocated employment site, which has been vacant for many years.” This project will create around 60 valuable jobs for local communities.
