We are excited to be building a modern, combined Air Traffic Control and Fire Station at North Weald Airfield.

Following the sale of land at North Weald Airfield to Google for a potential new data-centre campus, Epping Forest District Council agreed to the construction of a new combined Air Traffic Control and Fire Station building.

The new building will provide modern facilities for the operational aerodrome at North Weald Airfield, located around 20 miles north east of London. We have been appointed by Epping Forest District Council to develop the site alongside Qualis Commercial as development managers to deliver the project. The works are due to be completed in late Summer 2025.
