Blackheath Retail Park has welcomed a new build Costa Coffee Drive-thru and café within the existing car park.

This stylish new build steel framed shell building and external works project is located in a small retail park in Blackheath Road, South London. The works consisted of site clearance, concrete strip foundations, steel frame, timber cladding on karrier panels, curtain walling and glazed doors, timber bin store, membrane panelled roof, new services, external works and landscaping and a brick retaining wall to Ditch Alley. The retail park remained in full use throughout the construction process.
