This project involved the design and construction of a new pod, adding colour and texture to its surroundings in Basildon.

The building is formed from a combination of reinforced concrete slabs with perimeter upstands; glazed curtain wall and various insulated built-up cladding systems on the walls and roof, along with an elevated steel mesh plant gantry. External works included re-grading of the car park.
