Continuing its close relationship with Crown Estate, Faircloth secured the construction of a new Nando's restaurant at the South Aylesford Retail Park.
The small footprint of the site provided many logistical challenges requiring close relations with surrounding tenants, the council and the client to achieve the high quality finish on time and within budget. The project consisted of the construction of a single storey steel framed restaurant unit. Building features include a full height glazed screen and timber panelling façade, a mezzanine plant deck and a curved polyester powder coated aluminium standing seam roof. The project was completed to 'Very Good' BREEAM standard.
