Our redevelopment of the former bus depot brownfield site on Roding Lane South

We started on site middle of 2024 so a progress update is definitely due.

Our Roding Lane South project consists of revitalising six employment units, ranging from 7,000ft² to 27,000ft² in size, across three buildings totalling over 100,000ft² on the four acre site. In addition to having access to modern facilities and amenities, the new units at Roding Lane South will benefit from BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings, in addition to being carbon neutral.
