Our strong reputation for delivering a quality product on time and on budget has secured Faircloth Construction a further phase at Fosse Park.

A challenging site with limited space and working hour restraints provided us with an excellent opportunity to demonstrate our expertise through planning and in house design capabilities.

Phase 2 of the project involved a new frontage scheme to match that of the existing estate including extensive canopy and signage frameworks, new fully glazed screen and timber features along with car park refurbishment works.

Ongoing Phase 3 works includes the refubishment of store façades along with further car park and surrounding area work. New materials are being introduced to tie into new major developments along with a curved louvre to form a wave across full height glazing, designed by the architect and a specialist company.
