Working alongside Paragon Building & Project Consultants on behalf of Standard Life Investments, Faircloth Construction were instructed to construct the new Halfords store.

The unit is steel framed with elevational features to match surrounding units, including full height glazing, high level louvres and a glazed canopy. Solar panels were also installed as a requirement of planning to improve the environmental performance of the building.
