Roaring Meg Retail Park, Stevenage
This £10 million project, spanning 18 months, included two phases of work starting with the construction of a new three unit building on an existing brownfield site.
This was then followed by the demolition and construction of a new unit for high street giant, Debenhams adjacent to existing trading outlets.
Faircloth worked with Mcdonald Architects and engineers Glanvilles on the project, which was completed to 'Very Good' BREEAM standards as required by planning.
