Tonbridge Retail Park, Kent

"This refurbishment has been a great success and we are delighted with the results. Thanks to Faircloth for their reliable and accommodating approach". Tom Gordon, Rex Procter & Partners

With the success of the M&S and Halfords refurbishment upon the same site, Faircloth were quickly commissioned to undertake Phase 2.

Encompassing the existing B&Q store that was subdivided into five units complete with side and rear extensions, new façades were also installed to mirror Phase 1, and the existing car park was refurbished.

“The completion of the subdivision of the old B&Q store and new coffee pod at Tonbridge Retail Park represents the culmination of over three years work to transform the property, introducing six new tenants, reinvigorating the retail park and diversifying the offer to the general public',” said Daren Chessun of Rex Procter & Partners. “It represents another successful scheme between Faircloth Group, London Metric Property Plc, and RPP Group”
