With the success of the M&S and Halfords refurbishment upon the same site

Faircloth were quickly commissioned to undertake Phase 2 encompassing the existing B&Q store being subdivided into five units completed with side and rear extensions. New façades installed to mirror that of Phase 1 as well as the refurbishment of the existing car park will allow the park to thrive.
