RECENT PROJECTS
New 40,000 sq ft Travelodge in Skegness to be five-storey with 80 rooms. Alongside the new Travelodge there will be a drive-thru Starbucks located on Skegness seafront.
A new two-storey, 68-room Travelodge will be one of the key developments of a £12 million renovation of Stanton Europark. Alongside the new 20,400 sq ft hotel will be 11 business units and 3 drive-thru restaurants.
Bulk 250 Refurbishment project, 250,850 sq ft warehouse with 2000kWp rooftop solar, 26 EV charging spaces and many more features located on Weston Avenue in Thurrock.
CR1 (52,605 sq ft) and CR2 (55,165 sq ft) are both ultra-sustainable warehouses at the heart of the Croydon industrial area designed to save occupier costs being 100% electric with maximum capacity rooftop.
